39-year old Jennifer Shulman of Rochester was stopped on Rt 54 in the Town of Milo for a violation of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law. An odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected emitting from Shulman. She was placed through a series of field sobriety tests and determined to be intoxicated. She was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a chemical test of her BAC. She was arraigned in the Town of Benton Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
