On 11/21/12, Yates County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 32-year old Harley Sparnell of Dundee in the Village of Dundee on a bench warrant for failure to pay fine. Harley was arraigned in the Village of Dundee and held on $125.00 cash bail.
Then on 11/22/12, at approximately 11:30pm, Yates County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a physical domestic at Mallard Street in Dundee. The investigation alleges 32-year old Harley Sparnell subjected another person to unwanted physical contact. The person was pushed repeatedly to the floor. Prior to police arrival, Sparnell fled the residence on foot. Sparnell was unable to be located during a search of the area. A warrant for his arrest was sworn out by Dundee Village Justice. On 11/23/12 at approximately 5:00pm, Sparnell turned himself over to police on Union Street in Dundee. He was brought before Dundee Justice and plead guilty to Harassment 2nd degree. He was fined $225. A stay-away order of protection was issued.
