49-year old Leanord Earl Holcomb of Penn Yann was arrested and charged with petit larceny after admitting to stealing from a produce stand in the Town of Gorham. He allegedly took $42.00 worth of merchandise from the stand. Holcomb was later located by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Patrol on Rt 14a in the Town of Geneva. He then admitted to stealing from the same produce stand in September, and was charged with that theft as well. Holcomb was issued an appearance ticket, he will appear at the Gorham Town Court at a later date.
