On 11/17/12 at or about 8:39pm 18-year old Kyle Tandle of Stanley was stopped by Sheriff Deputies on SR 245 in the Town of Gorham for a inadequate rear license plate lamp. After further investigation Tandle was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marihuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear before the Gorham Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
