On November 8, 2012 at 0830 hrs Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gary D. Vagg age 38 of 6771 County Road 129 Ovid, NY. Vagg was arrested after a Seneca County Family Court warrant of arrest was issued for not appearing for a support matter. Vagg was arraigned before Town of Lodi Justice VanCleef and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100 cash or $500 bond. Vagg will appear in Seneca County Family Court on November 13th2012.
