The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 21-year old Trisha E. Garno of Canandaigua for Endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the 2nd degree after police responded to 120 North Main Street for a report of a possible assault. After a police investigation it was determined Garno struck the victim in the face resulting in a struggle that occurred in front of a small child. Garno was arraigned in City Court and released for a later date.
