On 11/05/12 33 year old Hayley Burkhart of Canandaigua was arrested at the Ontario County Probation Department located at 3010 County Complex Drive located in the Town of Hopewell. She was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Hopewell Town Court for violation of probation. She was arraigned in front of the Hopewell Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 insurance bond. She will appear before the Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
