On 11/05/12 63 year old Matthew Zabko of Bloomfield was arrested and charged with DWI after he was stopped for failing to dim his headlights. He consented to a breath test and was issued tickets for the offenses. He will appear before the E. Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
