Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 49-year old Diane M Saxton of Canandaigua following a traffic stop on North Main Street. Saxton was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher and 2 counts of Failure to Keep Right. Saxton was released and will return to court at a later date.
