The defendant 41 year old Keith Blaker of Canandaigua was arrested for violating an OOP issued by Judge Lew out of the Farmington Court. Mr. Blaker violated the complete stay away order by sending an e-mail to the protected party on 1.0/30/12. He was issued an appearance ticket for the Victor Court at a later date.
