Ontario County Sheriffs deputies arrested Peter B. Bourne, 20, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in the City of Geneva, Mr. Bourne submitted to a breath test which indicated he had a BAC of .08% or greater. Mr. Bourne was issued traffic citations for DWI 1192(2), Common Law DWI 1192(3) and No headlights 375(2a). He will answer the charges at a later date in the City of Geneva Court.
