18 year old Rachel Hefner of Webster was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree after she alledgedly destroyed property valued at $12.00 that did not belong to her while in her residence at the Finger Lakes College Suites. Ms. Hefner was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Hopewell Court.
