On 10/28/12 at approximately 12:09am SP Waterloo Troopers responded to a possible trespass in progress complaint at the Town of Romulus Highway Department located at 6804 County Road 129, Romulus NY. Investigation led to the arrest of the following subjects for Criminal Trespass 3rd:
David C Corning, age 20, from 2239 East Seneca St Ovid, NY
Emily A Pilkenton, age 20 from 165 Barcrest Dr. Greece, NY
Paul T Mozeley, age 20, from 537 S Main St Canandaigua, NY
Paul T Mozeley also arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
All subjects were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Romulus Court 11/09/12.
