On 10/27/12 27-year old James Ovarado of Rochester was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property after he stole and was in possession of $ 1,675 worth of Michael Kors watches from Lord & Taylor at Eastview Mall. He was arraigned before the Victor Town Court and was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1500 cash and $3000 bond bail. He will appear before the court at a later date.
