Yates County Deputy was dispatched to Keuka College where a campus security officer had detained 21-year old Joshua Mathewson of Watertown for unlawful possession of marijuana. The defendant was turned over to Yates County who was then arrested. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket answerable in Jerusalem Town Court in November.
