On 10-24-12, at approximately 7:00pm, Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 19-year old Marcis Worboys, 21-year old Zachary Gallagher, both of Manchester, and 23-year old Michael Gallagher of Palmyra after an investigation into a burglary that occurred on 09-24-12 at Old Castle Precast located at 155 State St. in Manchester. Allegedly, the three Defendants were involved in going inside the vacant buildings and stealing items to sell as scrap metal. All three Defendant's were arraigned at Manchester Town Court with Judge Williams presiding and committed to Ontario County Jail on $2500 cash bail or $5000 insurance bond.
