18 year old Samuel Mayzak of Rochester was arrested for forgery in the second degree after he wrote checks, valued at about $500, on an account which he did not have permission to do so. Mr. Mayzak was arraigned in the Hopewell Court and was released on his own recognizance. Mr, Mayzak will answer the charge at a later date in the Town of Hopewell Court.
