17 year old Tristan Eldridge of Clifton Springs was arrested for unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree after he provided alcoholic beverages to a fifteen year old child at Midlakes High School on 09-21-12. Mr. Eldridge was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date in the Town of Phelps Court. Case closed by arrest.
