The Waterloo Police Department arrested 28-year old Desiree C. Simmers of Ovid for Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or higher, DWI, No Headlights and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop that occurred on Fayette Street (St. Rt. 96S) in the Village of Waterloo. Simmers was issued tickets and was released to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on November 14, 2012 to answer the charges.
