On 10/6/12 at 12:59am Yates County Deputies stopped 39-year old Renee M. Levesque of Wayland for traffic infractions in the Town of Italy. An odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. She was placed through field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to the Y.C.P.S.B. for a chemical breath test that she subsequently refused. She was arraigned in the Town of Italy Court and bail was set in lieu of $1,000. She will appear in the Italy Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
