Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 25-year old William M. Fish of Canandaigua following a domestic disturbance at 275 Jefferson Ave. Investigation led to Fish being charged with Arson in the 5th degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree after he allegedly destroyed personal papers belonging to another person by lighting them on fire. Fish was arraigned and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5000 cash bail and is scheduled for city court at a later time.
