25 year old Krystal Kirby of Geneva was arrested after she was involved in a property damage motor vehicle crash where she struck the guard rail on County Road #4 near Malone Road in the Town of Hopewell. Kirby was found to be in a intoxicated condition, arrested for DWI and she refused to submit to a breath test. She is being held in the Ontario County Jail to await her arraignment.
