9/30/12 a at 10:35 am in Manchester 19 year old Sean Meacham of Clifton Springs was arrested on an warrant issued out of the Town of Phelps Court for failing to appear on 05/10/12 in regards to previous charges of Menacing in the second degree and Endangering the welfare of a child. Mr. Meacham was arraigned in the Phelps Town Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
