Teen Causes Public Annoyance and Alarm in Victor High School

At 9:15 am 9/28/12, the OCSO arrested 17-year old Elijah Johnson of Farmington for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief 4th. It is alleged that he caused public annoyance and alarm by repeatedly yelling and screaming throughout the Victor High School that he was going to find and kill another person, along with damaging the property of a staff member during the incident. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in the Farmington Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail on $500/1000 bail, Mr. Johnson will appear in the Victor Town Court at a later date to answer these charges
