On Friday, September 28, 2012 16-year old Kaleb M. Botts of Oil City, PA was arrested at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. It is alleged that Mr. Botts knowingly possessed a toy ball, valued at $8.99, which he knew to be stolen from the Toyland store in the mall. Mr. Botts was issued an appearance ticket and released; he will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
