31 year old Jason Levari of Ohio was arrested based on warrant issued by Judge Doran. The warrant was issued after Levan violated the terms and conditions of his probation. Levan was arrested at the Allen County Justice Center in Lima Ohio and was returned to Ontario County where he is being held in the County jail pending further County Court action.
