Waterloo Woman Arrested for Endangering the Welfare

On Friday, May 30, 2014 at 4:05 PM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Angelica M. read, age 21, of Waterloo on 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of A Child.  It is alleged that Ms.

Read failed to properly supervise her two children ages 1 and 2 by allowing them to lean and hang out of the second story open window of her house with no barrier to keep the children from falling outside.  Ms. Read was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Village Court on June 11, 2014.  Seneca County Child Protective Services assisted.
