The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 27th at 1:22am, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 37 year old Jason P. Pratt of Seneca Falls for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on East River Street in the Village of Waterloo where Deputies stopped Pratt after observing him speeding and crossing into the oncoming lane. Upon further investigation, Pratt was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI, as well as Operating a Motor vehicle with .08%bac or greater, speeding, and failure to keep right. Due to Pratt’s recent arrest by the Sheriff’s Office on the 18th of this month for DWI on Brewer Road in the Town of Waterloo, he was arraigned on the present charges in the village of Waterloo Court where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $2,000 cash bail and $4,000 certified bond. Pratt is to re-appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on the 21st of May at 9:00 am to answer the charges.
