Two Arrested For Endangering a Child

On the 16th of January 2014 at 11:21pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Nataly A. Veras, age 21, and Fabian L. Jenkins, age 23, of 2 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred around 10:55pm on the 16th, when officers responded to a residential facility in the Town of Seneca Falls for two females engaging in a physical altercation. After conducting the investigation, police discovered an infant child left alone in one of the apartments. Veras was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Jenkins was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Both were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge La1uidari where both were remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 Ins. bond. The Seneca County Sheriffs Office, and the New York State Park Police assisted with the investigation. Jenkins and Veras are to reappear on the 6th of February at 6:00pm.
