Auburn Man Arrested for Petty Larceny

On the 15th of January 2014, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David B. Price, age 49, of 25 Camp Road Auburn, NY on a warrant for Petit larceny. The arrest stems from a incident that occured on February 1st, 2012. It is alleged that Price was stealing from a local business in the Town of Seneca Falls and caught on security footage. Price was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court by the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Price was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail or $1000.00 Ins. bond. Price is to reappear on the 6th of February 2014 at 6:00pm.
