Failure to Yield the Right of Way Causes Personal Injury MVA

On December 21, 2013 at approximately 4:49pm there was a personal injury motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 5 and County Road 6 in the Town of Geneva. A vehicle driven by Joannie Odonovan from Geneva, failed to yield the right of way when making a left hand turn from State Route 5 onto County Road 6. Kelsey Knitter from Phelps was driving West bound on State Route 5 when she collided with Odonovan's vehicle. One passenger from Odonovan's vehicle, Iris J. Robinson, from Geneva suffered minor injuries and was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital. Citations were issued to Odonovan and she will return to Geneva Town Court at a later date.
