The daughter of the Town of Ontario woman killed in February of 2017 pleaded guilty to a charge of 2nd-degree murder in Wayne County Court.
Julie Martin’s body was found inside of a trailer on Jonathan Lane. 22 year old Jasmine Harlee helped plan her mother’s murder and enlisted the help of three other people in a plot to collect on a 30-THOUSAND dollar life insurance policy.
When Harlee is sentenced in August, she is expected to serve 20 years to life in prison.
The three other suspects in the case are still facing their respective trials.
