On June 11, State Troopers arrested 18-year old Kenneth Karlik of Skaneateles for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater then .08%.
Troopers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Cream Hollow Road in the Town of Niles. Upon investigation, Karlik was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.
He was transported to the Moravia barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .11.
Karlik was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Niles Court on June 23.
