A 36 year old Geneva man pleaded guilty Tuesday to receipt of child pornography in U.S. District Court.
Trebor Conolly was accused of receiving nine videos and four images of child porn via a peer-to-peer file sharing program over a 20 day period last September. Connolly saved the pornography on a personal computer. Investigators say the videos and images depicted minors under the age of 12 engaged in sexually explicit content with adults. Some of the videos depicted the sexual abuse of infants and toddlers. Connelly then distributed the videos over a file sharing program.
He faces up to 20 years in prison, lifetime supervised release, sex offender registration and a 250-THOUSAND dollar fine when sentenced in October.
