Nancy Ann Colavito, 75, died Tuesday (May 29, 2018) at the Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday (June 2) at St. Michael Church, South Main Street, Newark. Burial will follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery in Seneca Falls.

Nancy was born in Seneca Falls on October 6, 1942, the daughter of the late Oldo and Victoria Pioli Beatini. She was a 1960 graduate of Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls. Nancy was a communicant of St. Michael Church. She was loved by many and known as Aunt Nanc. She was the administrative assistant at the Alex Eligh Community Center for over 42 years and a great supporter of the Center. She was a member of the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital Auxiliary. Aunt Nanc was always involved with fund raisers whether it be the community center, the hospital auxiliary , high school booster clubs and others throughout the community.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Leonard “Lenny” “Rocky” of Newark; two children Camille (Scott) DeJohn of Concord, N.C. and Christopher (Ellen) of Pagosa Springs, Colo; three grandchildren Owen Colavito, Jake and Josh DeJohn; sister, Adele (Richard) Hunt of Seneca Falls; sister-in-law, Jean (David) DeLelys of Seneca Falls; several nieces and nephews.
