Residents of the Geneva City School District will vote Tuesday on a proposed 55.39-MILLION dollar budget for the 2018-19 school year. The spending plan carries with it a 2.9-PERCENT tax levy increase. Superintendent Trina Newton says its a “rollover budget.”
Voters will also be asked to approve a 6-MILLION dollar capital project and the purchase of a bus. Voting takes place Tuesday in the North Street school mini-gym from 11 until 8 p.m.
