Bullying in the Waterloo school district has been a hot button issue over the last few months. There’s a frustration building from students, and their parents, who claim they are being bullied and the district is not doing enough to stop it. One of those students is 8th grader Lissen Turner. She spoke with Ted Baker on the Finger Lakes Morning News Wednesday about some of the bullying she says that she and her friends have been experienced.
Maureen Queiroz is the parent of an eighth grader. In response to the district saying that its doing what it can, Queiroz is not so sure she believes that.
