On May 4, State Troopers arrested 22-year old Joseph Mulvehill of Rochester for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Troopers were dispatched to a vehicle off the road on State Route 34 in the Town of Cato. Mulvehill was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Auburn barracks, where he provided a breath sample of .09.
Mulvehill was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Cato Court on May 21.
