A 39-year old Clyde man pled guilty to a burglary in Cayuga County Court on Tuesday.
Danny Hollier admitted he was on a heroin binge when he broke into Auburn Chainsaw & Mower on York St. last May.
He stole several chainsaws and led State Troopers on a high speed chase before dumping the stolen pickup he was driving behind Weedsport High School. He later turned himself in to State Police.
Hollier will be sentenced in July to one to three years in prison and a shock camp order that will allow him to serve most of his sentence on parole while receiving treatment for his opioid addiction.
