An arrest has been made into the alleged misappropriation of student funds from the Dundee Central School’s Class of 2017.
44 year old Amy Corron, of Canandaigua, is accused of having stolen in excess of 3-THOUSAND dollars between September of 2015 and December of 2016. A Yates County grand jury returned an indictment charging her with grand larceny and scheming to defraud, both felonies.
Corron resigned her position as a Junior/Senior high school English teacher at Dundee in January of 2017. She was class advisor for the Class of 2017 and also served as a yearbook advisor.
Following her arraignment, Corron was sent to Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
