A Marion man is accused of threatening employees and customers in a Town of Ontario gas station. Authorities say 32-year-old Bryan Lyle went to the gas station around 11 o’clock Tuesday night to buy three packs of cigarettes.
When the clerk asked Lyle for ID, police say Lyle responded with threats to shoot the attendant and some customers outside. Lyle was charged Wednesday with DWI, robbery, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration.
Lyle was taken to the Wayne County Jail, with bail set at 25-thousand-dollars.
