An 18-year-old Corning teen was sent to Steuben County Jail after allegedly threatening employees of a West Market Street business in the Steuben County city Tuesday night.
Kyle Horton is accused of attempting to enter the business and threatening employees with a knife. According to investigators, Horton was told to stay away from the business earlier in the day. It’s been determined he returned Tuesday night with the intent to attack and injure the employees.
Horton was charged with attempted burglary, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
