On April 8 State Troopers arrested 35-year old William Garrigan III of Auburn for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and moving from lane unsafely.
Garrigan was stopped in the Town of Mentz for making an unsafe lane change. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Garrigan was transported to SP Auburn where he provided a breath sample of .12.
Garrigan was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Mentz Town Court on April 23.
