On March 17, State Troopers arrested 25-year old Angela Peachey of Scipio Center for unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device.
Peachey was stopped on State Route 34 in the Village of Weedsport for using a portable electronic device. She was found in possession of two smoking pipes containing marijuana residue and a baggie containing marijuana.
Peachey was issued a uniform traffic ticket and an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Weedsport Court on April 23.
