Auburn City Council will be busy at Thursday’s council meeting.
Council members are scheduled to vote on a resolution approving a $2.25 Million bond to fund improvements to the wastewater treatment plant. The improvements would include a significant upgrade to the ultraviolet system as well as professional services to assist with the mapping of the City’s sewer system.
There are 9 additional resolutions on the agenda. Among them will be a vote to pay Gorick Construction of Binghamton $1.69 Million to cap and cover approximately six acres of the city landfill as part of the project to close the landfill site.
