Steven Flood Sr., age 64, of 84 Willis Place, Canandaigua NY, was arrested on March 10th at 2:40 pm and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, menacing in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that during an altercation with another male, Flood brandished a knife and threatened the male. An 11-year-old child was present during the altercation. Flood was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
Benjamin C. Loiacono, age 38, of 10 Mistypine, Fairport NY, was arrested on February 23rd at 10:56 am, and charged with petit larceny. It is alleged that Loiacono stole $20 cash from the cash register at his place of employment.
Armeal Whitfiled, age 36, of 275 Jefferson Avenue, Canandaigua NY, was arrested on March 4th at 9:15 am and charged with Aggravated Family Offense, Unlawful imprisonment and Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree. It is alleged that during an argument with a female, Whitfield physically prevented the female from leaving the residence. There was a previously issued refrain from order of protection in place between the individuals involved in this incident. Whitfield was held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
Peter Bartholomew, age 35, of 13 Phoenix Street, Canandaigua NY, was arrested on March 8th at 7:32 pm and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. It is alleged that Bartholomew possessed Percocet pain pills without a prescription. Bartholomew was issued appearance tickets and released.
Jason P. Dibble, age 57, of 1094 Willowbrook Bend, Farmington NY, was arrested on March 7th at 10:53 pm and charged with Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Dibble stole lottery tickets from the Byrne Dairy on South Main Street in Canandaigua. Dibble was held in the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
