The New York State Police report Troopers arrested 37-year old Esther Batista of Staten Island on Tuesday for driving while her ability impaired was by drugs, making an unsafe lane change, crossing road hazard markings and failing to use four way flashers.
Batista was stopped on East Genesee Street in the Town of Sennett for driving erratically. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Auburn barracks for processing.
Batista was arraigned in the Town of Owasco Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail. She was scheduled to appear in the Town of Sennett court on Wednesday.
