A 64 year old Rochester man faces two-and-a-half to five years in state prison after pleading guilty to burglary.
Richard Depascale’s plea came at the start of a jury trial in Seneca County Court this week. Depascale admitted to unlawfully entering the Kinney Drugs store in Seneca Falls in December of 2016 with the intent to commit a crime. DePascale was banned from entering the store after committing a larceny at another Kinney’s. He has more than 60 prior convictions.
Depascale will be sentenced March 26th.
