Finger Lakes Community College turns 50 today. Then known as Community College of the Finger Lakes, the school opened in several downtown Canandaigua storefronts in February, 1968. The school is releasing a 50th anniversary commemorative book called “This Bold Decision: The Story of Finger Lakes Community College.
