Dr. William M. Abraham of Miami, Florida and Geneva, N.Y. passed away on Sunday (January 14, 2018) following a battle with prostate cancer.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be held this summer.

He was born on November 11, 1949, in Clifton Springs, N.Y., the son of the late Joseph N. and Mary K. Abraham. He was a graduate of Geneva High School, Brown University, and the University of Rochester. He spent nearly 40 years as Director of Medical Research at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Serafine Abraham; his children Dr. Michael (Nicole) Abraham and the Honorable Jeffrey (Amanda) Abraham; grandchildren William “Alex” Abraham, Aimee Abraham, and Charlotte Abraham; sister, Joanne (William) McKensie; uncle, Daniel (Marion) Norman; cousins Linda (Phil) Beckley, Gail (Terry) Wood, Hazel (James) Bruno, Eddie (Kathy) George; and several nieces and nephews.
